New Delhi: Ahead of the meeting on National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC), to be held on Saturday, Chief Ministers from across the states will be arriving in the Capital on Friday.
However, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who has raised reservations about the act, is already in the Capital.
Whereas, both Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and his Tamil Nadu counterpart Jayalalithaa, who had slammed the Centre for its "big brother" attitude in April, will be in New Delhi on Saturday morning for the meet.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal are expected to reach on Friday evening.
