New Delhi: The Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case is coming up in two courts on Wednesday. While the Ghaziabad court will commit the trial to a sessions court, the Supreme Court will hear Nupur's bail plea and the Talwars' review plea.
Nupur Talwar has reached the Ghaziabad court, which will be committing the trial to a sessions court. The court's order is expected around noon. The Talwars' counsel claimed that the documents given to them by the CBI were not enough. The CBI though disagreed.
Meanwhile, Nupur Talwar's bail plea and the review petition of the Talwars will also come up in the Supreme Court. In a new twist, Additional Solicitor General Haren Raval, who was representing the CBI in the Supreme Court has withdrawn from the case. This came after Justice Patnaik had pulled him up for trying to threaten the court.
Nupur Talwar has been in jail for 10 days. Earlier, Nupur Talwar on May 4 told the Supreme Court that there were several inconsistencies in the CBI investigation in the Aarushi Talwar-Hemraj double murder case in which she is an accused.
