Mumbai: Stock broker arrested for helping Palande

Mumbai: In the latest in connection with the Arunkumar Tikku murder case, the Mumbai police crime branch on Monday sent stock broker Gautam Vora to police custody till April 27.
Vora was arrested for helping prime accused Vijay Palande after he had escaped from police custody.
This is not the first instance when the Mumbai police have arrested Vora. He was earlier arrested in connection with the suicide case of model Viveka Babajee.
Vora was, allegedly, romantically linked to Viveka, who committed suicide in 2010.
The stock broker had helped Palande, who had escaped from the police custody on April 10, but was re-arrested after four hours.
