Real's Pepe leaves hospital after head knock

Madrid: Real Madrid defender Pepe has been released from hospital after spending the night under observation for a head injury sustained during Sunday's 1-1 home draw with Valencia.
Real club doctors said on Monday Pepe is fine after a collision with teammate Iker Casillas forced him to leave the game with a small cut on his head.
Real visits Barcelona on Thursday in the first leg of the Spanish Supercup. It is doubtful whether Pepe will play.
