Sachin stalls RTI plea seeking details of house

Mumbai: Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar's new house has courted a fresh controversy. In a reply to an RTI filed by activist Anil Galgali in October 2011, the BMC has refused to divulge the details.
The Mumbai civic body has said that the batting maestro has objected to sharing of information with a third party.
Galgali had sought information on the fine and payment paid by the master blaster to get the occupation certificate of his house cleared.
Sachin's new bungalow has violated norms like getting an additional gym which didn't figure in the original plan.
