UP CM Akhilesh Yadav to present his first budget

New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav will present his first budget in the state Assembly on Friday and some fireworks can be expected.
The Chief Minister also handles the state's finance portfolio.
The budget session of Uttar Pradesh started on a chaotic note last week with clashes between SP and BSP MLAs during the governor's speech.
